How do I convert my internal hard disk into an external one?
Asked by Rohan Mang - Computers & Internet

Choose the best answer to move to next question:

Get your hands on a plastic enclosure the size of your hard drive. Buy USB ports. Plug it on one end of the plastic case to attach cables. Place internal hard drive within the case; make sure there are apertures for ventilation.
Buy an "external hard drive enclosure". Remove your internal hard drive and insert it in your hard drive enclosure. Make sure you have a compatible A/C adaptor for the same.
Remove your internal hard disk and attach a USB port behind to plug your cables/cords. there you go, you are ready to roll.
