Chat in 9 Indian Languages!

Yahoo! Messenger now lets you chat in 9 Indian Languages! With the new IndiChat plugin, you can talk to your friends in NINE Indian languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.

To begin chatting in regional languages, you have to first get the Indichat plugin.

Once installed, click on the plugin icon on the top left of your chat window

Click on the MyPlugin Tab in the window that opens and click on IndiChat

Once started, just type the text in phonetic spelling and the plug-in will automatically convert it into the chosen language. It also gives dynamic suggestions on what you can write next.
